Built in 1852 by John Cunningham, this Georgian cottage is in near original condition, and has retained a slab timber outbuilding. Together with the Macquarie Arms, Howe's House and the Doctor's house, these buildings are a wonderful collection of early to mid 19th Century buildings.
The house is currently used as a medical practice.
